Wednesdays and Fridays meet in front of the cafe for a 9.30am start, finishing at 10.30am.
Online pay-as-you-go small group classes . These classes are open to all, whether you're an experienced Pilates devotee or have never tried it before. Numbers are limited in order to deliver the exceptional quality of teaching.
